We ship fresh-frozen sourdough pizza dough in insulated packaging with ice packs and temperature-stabilized liners so it stays cold in transit.

When do you ship orders?

We ship Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend carrier delays. Orders placed after Tuesday at 12pm EST ship the following Monday.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my dough arrives partially thawed?

Some thawing is normal and safe. Place the dough in the freezer upon arrival. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before baking.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship to all 50 U.S. states to residential and business addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Which carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS based on service availability and transit times to your address.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for addresses east of the Mississippi River. For addresses west of the Mississippi River, a flat $20 shipping charge is added at checkout.

How should I store the dough when it arrives?

Freeze your dough upon arrival. When you're ready to bake, thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then temper at room temperature for 1–2 hours before gently stretching.

What if my shipment is delayed or arrives warm/damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours at https://www.sourdoughpizza.com/our-pizzeria/contact and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships so you can monitor delivery.
